N: Does she have the correct number in her doctor profile in the Call Center Site.
A: update her account with correct contact info that can receive an SMS.

Q: Is the her device in silent mode when receiving text messages (SMS) ?
A : Turn off the silent mode. Confirm receiving a text message in general or from the SMS contact phone number has a sounds set on device.
