-UNASSIGNED queue, sort by ticket created or priority level (optional. admin & superadmin access only.)
-CUSTOM QUEUES, sort by ticket created or priority level (optional per queue, configurable access to use.)
-CLAIMING a ticket now turns PINK in order to see it quicker in the queue.
-PT Notify via SMS updates.
-Workflow issues resolved on MyTickets view.
-SECURE CHAT multiple fixes.
-SECURE MSG new physician bulletin (in green).
-MTC Protocol Integration fixes for unique tokens.
