When a ticket shows up in the UNASSIGNED QUEUE (or the main default queue), and the complaint has this message.
This is a backup plan system in place in the event the agent really did not submit properly, and the INTAKE ticket had idled out after about 15 minutes of no activity. This could mean both a bad ticket was not intended to be submitted, or the agent never submitted the real good ticket. You will not know until you get in contact with the agent.
If this does happen, for patient safety, leadership will need to confirm the event with the agent.
The agent may require further training to properly submit good tickets and delete bad tickets.
