Secure Messaging "ERR 3 : no match or expired"


Secure Messaging has multiple layers of security which must ALL be satisfied in order to open a secure message. Error 3 (ERR 3) does not indicate which of the criteria have not been met. Below is a list of items to verify.
  1. The Provider's profile is active.
  2. The Provider has a PIN in his account.
  3. Message code number is valid.
  4. The PIN entered matches the PIN in the profile.
  5. The message is not more that 72 hours.
Additionally, some users have reported other issues that cause a failure/error, particular when using Safari, the default browser on most Apple products.
We've had reports of too many safari tabs open causing issues with loading an additional tab. You may need to confirm all safari tabs are closed before opening a new message.
