Fax Number is cutting off last digit
Fax Number is cutting off last digit.
TL shows the fax number to the practice is cut off.
The top of the note says it faxed 1 time. Just wanted to be sure.
RESOLUTION:
The number in the physician profile had a space as the first digit. These faxes never went out, as the last digit was missing in the faxing system.
Remove that first blank space in front of the fax number in the physician send to field.
