HISTORY and NOTES tabs are not showing all the past calls
There is a known existing bug where a limited access user to just one practice is not able to see their notes and tickets in the History and Notes tabs.
User has access to only 1 practices, her own. Additionally, the search and page filters do not work correctly either in these two sections in.
To get around this bug, grant the user access to their practice and a test practice.
Then they should be able to see those "missing" notes and tickets now, plus pagination will work.
