How do I REMOVE or DELETE a user account?
Since the Call Center software houses ePHI, every active user can not be removed from the system, to keep the trailing access logs in tack.
We can only delete accounts that were never finished the set up processing as of version v0.9.9-2019-04-08, if your site doesnt have this release yet, it will be in your next upgrade package.
For all user accounts you want to remove access to the call center application. Please go to ADMIN => USER LIST => select account => EDIT USER PROFILE => ACCESS LEVEL (on right side), => select LOCK OUT - TERMINATED
