How do I support the logon process for users under me?

Whether you are new to Triagelogic software, or whether you've been around a while, it's always good to learn something new or brush up on the basics.  Within our My247Healthcare application, we've redesigned the new user experience.

As an admin support team member, you will create new users, but the new user will self serve the preponderance of the process.  Upon completion of the user account, you will notice that the system auto generates a user ID.  This is temporary and will be changed by the user themselves.  They will receive an email containing a link that takes them to a screen asking for a cell phone number.  After they enter the cell number,  they receive a verification code at the number they provided.  Once the verification is complete, they are routed to a form to complete the registration process.  This form contains a field for them to specify a new user name, home phone, and their new password.

The system will make sure their password is security compliant and their user ID is unique.  After this they will log in to the system and carry on.  The password reset button is also self service.  They click on the Password Help button and they can receive a code in an email or an SMS to their cell phone.

The goal of the new My247Healthcare application is for most support to be self service and reduce the impact on the support team.
