API : How to get a list of doctors our Answering Service represents with your Call Center API?
How to get a list of doctors our Answering Service represents with your Call Center API? To get your list of assigned practices to your account with specified doctor codes.
API v1 support a CSV result of practices.
API v2 currently does not support this feature.
You can do this with an API REQUEST, which you can do directly in the browser, to get a quick list.
Then you can take the url and apply it to your custom application to get updates & changes automatically from the practices your company represents.
We recommend using our API proxy, as it'll support when we make changes to the API url any time. Additionally the proxy automatically handles fail-over events. If our production is down for maintenance, the proxy will automatically redirect to our backup servers.
https://proxy.my247healthcare.com/{SITE CODE}/modules/api/?t=req&api=list&csv=true&x=0&u={YOUR API USER}&proxy=true
If you want to manually export into a spreadsheet, please follow these directions:
-Go to the API URL in your browser.
-Right Click : View Source
-Copy to your Clipboard.
-Save to a text file as a CSV.
To get an individual assigned doctor code id. You can anytime log into our Call Center application, and find that practice and doctor in the Manage section, there is a high lighted in blue GLOBAL DOCTOR ID value.
