UNASSIGNED QUEUE NOTIFICATION FEATURE

UNASSIGNED QUEUE NOTIFICATION FEATURE

Is there a work around for this? Are you able to create an audible notification system for when a patient is in the unassigned que so we don’t have to babysit the page. It is very difficult to work on other things or another call and keep the unassigned que screen visible.

We have an email notification. The email can be sent to a phone or group pager.
Unfortunately this can only be 1 address, and can not be changed frequently without Triage Logic support.
We have had clients use this feature to send a notification group emails address, or group pager email address, and the nurses working would have that pager. Most phones these days have an sms email address, therfor phones can be replaced with pagers.
I recall another client had use a google gmail account, and in that gmail account set up the daily auto FWD based on who was working that evening.
There is no PHI in these notifications, only a generic message of a new ticket in the queue. You would not get messages for new test practice tickets.
All we need is a email address to send new ticket notifications to.
