Multiple Protocols stuck together. Choosing a second protocol, or changing the current protocol you are on.
You may find your larger triage notes using more than 1 protocol to clearly triage your patient.
You may also realize you need a better protocol or guideline to care for this patient, than one you first selected.
Some caution when using using 2 or more protocols in your triage note.
Never jump out of a protocol:
-Close the browser pop-up window of the protocol you are on.
-Flip back to you triage note.
Always click on the CANCEL button, to leave the protocol properly. If you have found your self with an "incomplete protocol" message inside your protocol name within the triage note, or a completed protocol with mixed information from two selections of two different protocols. You should DELETE that entered protocol and enter the information correctly.
