The nurse had re-send this message to per protocol if the recipient had not contacted back. "Re-paged" will copy the original timestamp.
If you look at the detail page log in the page queue screen it gives more exact information of the time each was sent, and if and when it was read. To find this information, please click on the status of the message, and a little yellow box will appear with the details.
