Orange "DUP" tag on a ticket


Occasionally you will the word "DUP #" then a ticket number beside with an orange background. 
This signifies there is another OPEN ticket in the system with the EXACT same patient information or attached to the same PATIENT ID.
You can hover your mouse over that orange box to get more information quickly. It can tell you if another nurse or user currently has the other ticket.
EXTREME EXAMPLE 

The first two in the queue above are the same patient, they referring to each other.
The third in the queue found 2 other tickets within the system, could be in another queue, claimed by another user or even in the same queue.
Please follow your training on how to deal with this scenario, if unsure always contact your supervisor.
