Oncall Report not showing the earliest date for finding missing scheduled dates.
The OnCall report is to assist in finding practices and their LAST entered scheduled date in their calendar. This report will ignore dates in the middle that were not filled in. The report will show you the practices on which have the LAST scheduled date.
When entering schedules, you should be entering in all the dates you have available, not leaving blanks in the middle. Some practices may not even be taking calls on certain days, therefor no doctor would need to be oncall.
