Practice Name not saving

If you are trying to update or create a new practice name, and the name is not saving.
This is most likely due that the practice name already exists in the database. The name only can be used once for historical reasons.
If a practice that exists previously needs to be reenabled, you can contact support to get the practice turned back on. This is will also return all the past doctors and practice settings that was original configured.
You can also alternatively use another unique name.
