Protocol Browser broke. Formatting is way off.
Typically a new user. Or suddenly your protocol browser has broke.
The protocol browser is the pop-up window where you navigate through a selected protocol or guideline.
Where it would look like this, the left menu is hard to navigate and missing sections.
The solution is to grant this user a protocol browser. Typically as of April 2020, every user should be using version 2.
