Secure Message Queue and ERROR Codes

The Secure Message Queue (or Log) is where you can review current and recent secure messages.

There are multiple stages and error types.
QUEUED = We still have this message in our queue, we will keep trying to sending a few times a minute.
SENT = The SMS was sent out of our system, and the doctor has yet to read it.
WEB PICKED UP = Doctor has successfully read this message.
ERROR
ERROR #10 = Timed out, could not send to this number. Possible bad cel number.

This queue screen is to review current calls for a particular day.
To get a report of a timeframe of messages, please use the V5 report which provides a download CSV and additional filters on secure messages.
