Tickets from Answering Service API are coming in under the incorrect practice and doctor.
Many answering services uses Triage Logic Call Center API to submit tickets from their software to Triage Logic software. Sometimes a ticket may come through attached to the incorrect practice and or doctor.
Every ticket should have a TL Global Doctor Code attached to it. This code will associate the ticket to the correct Practice and Doctor.
As a backup plan, there is a plain text of the practice and doctor written out in the ticket comments section. This section is not part of any triage call, and is used internally only. You should verify they match.
If the ticket comments and the practice+doctor do not match. After the triage is completed, please get in contact with the answering service whom sent the ticket and inform them of the tickets in which were sent using the incorrect doctor code.
