Limited Access : Trying to pull after hours note from last month without results.

Limited Access : Trying to pull after hours note from last month without results.

I am trying to pull an afterhours note from last month, but I am unable to access the notes. Is there a way to change to search or do I not have access past a certain time frame?
There is a known issue with the Call Center platform where if you only have one Practice listed in your profile, it will not let you see more than one page of notes.
Please contact your account manager or supervisor with Triage Logic to grant your account to have access to "TEST PRACTICE", this will give you the ability to view past that one page of results.
Please be aware that other users, do use that test practice account for testing and are fake tickets and notes.
