We are unable to submit to this practice through the api because there is no dr code associated with this practice. 
This practice does not have separate doctor code "&dc=".  This practice does not have doctor associated with.  In this case, you can not submit a ticket for a practice where there is no doctor profile set up. 
Please log into the Triage Logic web portal and create a doctor for this practice. If there is no intended real doctor, please create a doctor using generic references. A "fake" doctor to reference the entire practice.
