Why are some calls coming into Unassigned as Answering Service practice?
These calls are being created from an external API connecting to the Call Center application in order to create the tickets.
When the calls appear to be attached to ANSWERING SERVICE practice, this means the answering service company which sent over the call using our API, did not include the global doctor id in the submission.
These calls should have a plain text wording of the doctor and the practice in the Ticket Comments of the ticket. The nurse will need to find the correct practice and doctor by selecting in the appropriate Practice and Doctor boxes. If they do not have this information, please contact the Answering Service company to properly include the correct value for the &dc= to the ticket submissions.
