MFA Not working or confused login process.

MFA
Multi-factor authentication is an electronic authentication method in which a computer user is granted access to a website or application only after successfully presenting two or more pieces of evidence (or factors) to an authentication mechanism: knowledge (something the user and only the user knows), possession (something the user and only the user has), and inherence (something the user and only the user is). It protects the user from an unknown person trying to access their data such as personal ID details or financial assets. 
All Triage Logic Call Center user accounts require to have an email or/and cel phone number that they can access for every login attempt. This is to confirm the correct user is attempting to login to the services.
Including Answering Service Agents, however they may have IP authentication service available to them if logging in from a corporate registered network with static IP.

A one time temporary verification code will be sent to either the email or sms delivery to their phone. This code is required for the second step after successful password submission.

EMAIL
If you did not receive the verification code via email. Please check with your spam filters and spam boxes or trash, as it is possible that inboxes will detect multiple emails over time with the similar information as spam. You should create a whitelist filter to ensure never to send such notification emails to spam

SMS
If you did not receive the verification code via your cel phone text message. Please wait for up to 10 minutes (due to carrier delays on SMS deliveries), then submit us a support ticket request to investigate further.

If all fails, please contact your supervisor or Triage Logic support to assist with your access MFA options.
