Password not accepted even though it's valid.

Valid Password not Accepted


You may find that when setting up your account, the system is rejecting your password even though it was indicated as valid. This is due to a bug in the current version of our software.

To get past this bug, we suggest the following:


For the special character requirement, use only an
      ! (exclamation point)
or
      * (star)
at the beginning or end of your password.
Examples:
      *Password123

      Pass123word!
We have tested and the system will accept passwords that use these characters in this way.
As this bug affects ONLY the initial setup, you can change your password as needed once logged into the system.

To change your password once logged in:

  1. Click on the tab with your Username.

  2. Then click "Change Your Password"

When setting a password here, you can use any special character placed in any position of your password.
