Every login asks me to change my password !

Every time I login into the call center application, the system asks me to change my password !

This is one of those hick-ups that happens to a few users. Technically what has happened is we have multiple records of your password update, when we should only have one record on file.

Each organization has their security policy in place to how often their employees are required to change their password. Triage Logic Call Center application are configured to those specification of your organization.

Please inform support of this, as Triage Logic support will correct the problem on your account to remove the extra records. Please include your username and which site you're having difficulty with.
