Login Security Error "A security error has occurred, please go BACK or REFRESH the page - ERROR 1"

After creating a new user or updating a user password, they are getting the following error on a login attempt.

This is where the site is picking up some characters that lead to security breaches. 

The cause is typically a special character in the password which is not support in the version of call center site.

The good news, this is an easy fix.

Change their password without unsupported characters.
