The good news, the patient never got a call on these attempts, the bad news, you did, but your phone was blocking the calls.
When a nurse is using C2C to contact the patients. If every C2C attempt you are making goes directly to your voicemail, and you phone never rings. You're blocking the call. The C2C is coming primarily from a Toll Fee number.
SOLUTION:
The most common way to permit the C2C to reach your cel phone, is to add the toll free number to your contacts.
If you phone service is set up to block all toll free numbers, you may need to contact your service provider for further assistance.
