From the log, it shows she tried to claim it countless times, but never actually sent to MyCalls.

It is possible her screen never really refreshed to show that it was already gone from the queue.

If a user claims a ticket, and does not send to MyCalls (take call), it would expire after 59 seconds and sent back to the unassigned queue.
